What to check before you send it

Four fields cause most of the corrections that come back after a guide goes out: the plan effective date, the employee contribution figure per pay period (not the monthly premium), the network name exactly as the carrier spells it on the SBC, and any plan the client dropped before the renewal was finalized. Confirm those four against the source document before you export.
