Invoice reconciliation: rates, variances and unmatched plans
Previously: the invoice analysis page said Planlined compared billed amounts with contracted rates, priced the variance and left unmapped plans unverified.
Corrected: a dated check on fictional files found that the app compared premiums with the invoice's own plan-and-tier rate table. It caught three of five planted errors, but missed a whole-tier contracted-rate error and showed an unmapped dental line as matched. Dollar variances were not calculated in that run; the published worked-example dollar totals remain hand arithmetic.
The check ran on a local development build, with no case saved. It does not establish production behavior. The corrected invoice analysis page includes the method, results, original fictional files, audit export and dated check record. The product facts evidence table links to the same check.
· Availability claim
Plan Library rollout status in comparisons and the guide
Previously: 13 comparison pages marked “Plan and case libraries” as “Yes”, while the dedicated Plan Library page described staged rollout. The plan library guide also described the feature as available.
Corrected: those comparison rows now say “Partial”: the case library is available, and the dedicated Plan Library is in staged rollout. Related recommendation copy, the guide and the crawler summary were aligned with that distinction. The comparison copy modification date changed; the older competitor-source review dates did not.
