Your renewal analysis is done in ChatGPT. Here's how Planlined turns it into a client-ready proposal, in minutes.

Start where you already work. Drop the renewal and marketing results into ChatGPT, and ask it to compare every line of coverage.

ChatGPT reads all six lines. Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. It totals every option and recommends a path.

Then, one sentence. Create the case in Planlined.

With your permission, ChatGPT calls the Planlined plugin.

All fifteen plans land directly in the case. Every benefit, rate, and enrollment count, already marked current, renewal, proposed, and alternate.

ChatGPT hands back a link. One click, and the proposal book opens, built from the case.

Planlined calculates every path side by side. The recommended package comes in fourteen thousand dollars under the incumbent renewal.

Confirm it's ready, and export a fourteen page, client-ready proposal.

Program financials across every line. Plan by plan benefit detail. Ready for the meeting.

Planlined. From AI chat to a client-ready proposal. Works with ChatGPT and Claude.

3Attach documents and ask

Try: Create a Planlined case from these and give me the proposal book link. More prompts are below.

Stuck? Email support@planlined.com. IT and admins: the full setup reference covers every assistant and Claude Code.

Example prompts

Copy one, change the names, send it.

Attach the documents first. Plain words work; you don't need to name any tools.

Build a case

  • “Use Planlined to create the Bayside Fabrication case directly, adding all 15 plans straight into the case with every benefit, rate and enrollment. In-force plans are current, incumbent renewals are renewal, Summit PPO 1500 and Summit Dental are proposed, Summit HSA 3300 is alternate. Then give me the proposal book link.”

The prompt from the video. Naming each plan's role means the proposal book is ready straight away.

  • “Here's the 2027 renewal and marketing results for Bayside Fabrication. Compare every line: annual premium for current, renewal and each alternate, the change vs. current, and the key plan design differences. Then tell me what you'd recommend.”

Do the analysis first, then turn it into a case with the prompt above.

  • “Send these quotes to Planlined for review. Leave the plan roles for me to set.”

Want to check everything first? The plans wait in Quick Case Creator until you accept them.

  • “Build a case from this rate spreadsheet and these four SBCs. Match each SBC to its row by plan name and tell me any you couldn't match.”

Rates from one file, benefits from another.

Renewals and corrections

  • “Add the attached 2027 renewal to the Riverside Dental case.”

It finds the case by name and sends only the new plans.

  • “The dental annual max on Bright Smile should be $1,500, not $1,000. Fix it before I accept.”

Corrects a plan still waiting for your review.

  • “What did I accept, edit or leave out from the plans you sent for Riverside?”

Picks up where you left off in Quick Case Creator.

Ask about a case

  • “In the Riverside Dental case, compare every medical plan's deductible, out-of-pocket max and employee-only monthly cost in a table.”

Reads saved plan details, never census or member data.

  • “Is the Riverside case ready to present? List anything missing or flagged.”

A quick check before you build the proposal book.

  • “Where did the $1,500 deductible on the Gold PPO come from?”

Shows the document, the page, and whether it was printed or calculated.

Write for your client

  • “Draft a 150-word email to Riverside's HR lead: what changed at renewal, by how much, and one alternative worth a look.”

Uses the numbers in your case, so the email matches the proposal.

  • “Give me five talking points for tomorrow's Riverside renewal meeting. Plain language, no jargon.”

    Meeting prep in one message.

Use cases

Where brokers use it.

  • Renewal season

One chat per employer, renewal PDFs attached. Each case, and its proposal book, is ready by the time you open Planlined.

  • Quote spreading

Attach every carrier's quote and get one case with the current plan and all the alternates side by side.

  • Meeting prep

Ask for a comparison table and talking points from a case you've already built. The numbers come from Planlined, not from the assistant's memory.

  • A second set of eyes

Ask where a figure came from, or whether a case is ready to present, before it goes in front of a client.

What it does not do

  • Your assistant never sees census or member rosters, and it cannot delete cases or share anything.
  • It adds plans straight to a case only when you ask it to create the case or add the plans. Otherwise it sends them to Quick Case Creator, where they wait for you to accept them.
  • Check what it built before the proposal goes to a client: rates, enrollment, plan roles and the proposal book's delivery warnings.
  • Changes to plans you already accepted, and new proposal book exports, happen in Planlined. Your assistant can show you the before and after.

AI assistant questions

Which AI assistants work with Planlined?

Claude (Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise), ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, and Microsoft Copilot through Copilot Studio. Claude Code and other apps that support remote MCP connectors work too.

Do I need to be technical to set it up?

No. You copy one web address into your assistant's connector settings and sign in to Planlined. On Claude Team or Enterprise, ChatGPT business plans and Microsoft Copilot, an admin may need to add it for your workspace first.

Does my assistant write straight into my cases?

Only when you ask it to. Say "create the case" and the plans go straight into a new case with every benefit, rate and enrollment count, ready for the proposal book. Prefer to check first? Ask it to send the plans for review, and they wait in Quick Case Creator until you accept them.

What can my assistant see?

Plan names, carriers, benefits, rates, case setup and review status for cases in your account. It never sees census or member rosters, and it cannot delete cases or share anything.

How do I disconnect it?

In Planlined, go to Account, then Connected AI apps, and disconnect the assistant.

Let your assistant do the typing.
