Who publishes this site
Planlined, operated by BART Technologies Inc., publishes the product pages, comparisons, guides and free resources on this site. This policy describes the checks documented in our published pages and verification records.
Product claims and dated checks
Our product facts page and its capability and evidence table distinguish documented capabilities from demonstrated results. A feature description is not proof that every file, account or workflow behaves the same way. Rollout and workspace restrictions belong alongside the claim.
Product checks state their date, inputs, method, observed result and limitations. For example, the November 6 invoice reconciliation check identifies its local development build and the errors it caught and missed. A local check does not establish production availability.
Sources and figures
Industry and regulatory guides link to the primary sources behind their figures and rules. The benefits trends resource, for example, identifies the survey years behind its premium figures. Comparisons link to vendor documentation and show the competitor-source review date. “Not documented” means we did not establish that capability from the cited material; it does not mean the vendor cannot do it.
Keep the source year, population and assumptions with a number. Calculator results depend on the visitor's inputs. Worked-example arithmetic describes that example and is not a customer outcome, savings guarantee or general accuracy benchmark.
Examples readers can inspect
Published worked examples label fictional inputs and link to source files, check records and available outputs. The sample benefit proposal and dental spreadsheet example distinguish extraction results, manual setup, save/reopen checks and actual exports. Missing fields and unresolved source verification remain disclosed with the result.
Dates, updates and corrections
Article metadata distinguishes the original publication date from dateModified, the date of a substantive revision. Competitor-source review dates and product-check dates describe those specific checks; changing page copy does not create a new vendor review or product test.
The changelog records dated product and resource updates. The corrections log records substantive claim corrections with their dates, reasons and links to the corrected material. It is separate from routine wording or layout edits.
